Fresh Soups
We take a great deal of pride in creating fresh soups daily. Soup will be packaged individually in insulated containers. We will have a vegetarian selection available each day. Call for variety.
New Sandwich Selections - $9.95 with a side
We’ve brought back the best ones & added some new ones! We still roast our own bone-in turkeys for the finest turkey sandwich possible. We are adding some interesting additions for the Winter, and taking business sandwiches to a new level. These come with a Salad & Dessert Bar.
- Sliced Tri-Tip with crispy onions, horseradish bar-b-que sauce on an onion Kaiser roll
- Black Forest ham. melted Havarti Cheese, olives, sundried tomato & relish on Ciabatta bread.
- Portabella steak sandwiches with Gorgonzola butter and red pepper vinaigrette on Foccacia
- Lemon chicken with roasted peppers, baby mixed lettuce on Foccacia

While we’re just beginning Summer, it’s not too early to start planning for the Holiday Events. We can work with you on a budget, menu & Venue. We also partner with Levyland in Carlsbad & they still have several dates open for your consideration, your contact would be Richard on this.
Below is a variety of “Specials for Corporate Catering”, beginning July 1st. We have built complete menus with Center of the Plate, Sides, some even with Dessert, Disposables and delivery for $9.95 Per Person. [NOTE INCLUDING DELIVERY]
We are aware of the many options for Catering Services available today. Being locally owned, not a franchise or chain, we have the ability to adjust quickly to our customers need and desires. Being independent, we are also able to continue processes that are no longer considered efficient, like roasting our own turkeys and keeping revenues generated here, at home.
